The Saratoga Springs Planning Board on Thursday unanimously granted a special use permit to Shelters of Saratoga and approved the site plan for its Code Blue shelter.

It seems an emergency shelter for the homeless will remain at its new location in Saratoga Springs this winter despite objections from neighbors.

In September, Code Blue Saratoga announced it would be prepared to operate come November from the Soul Saving Station church on Henry Street.
