The 23rd annual FilmColumbia is set to return to the Crandall Theatre in Chatham from October 20 to October 29. FilmColumbia features film screenings, local talent, and live events.This year FilmColumbia is packed with home-grown talent, featuring many films by Columbia County-based filmmakers and live Q+As and events with notable area residents Ruth Reichl, James Schamus, Al Roker, Stephen Lang, Scott Cohen and Walton Goggins.

PS21 is an arts center located in Chatham, New York. Founded in 2018, the sprawling property encompasses a state-of-the-art black-box and open-air theaters; 100 acres of fields, meadows, woodland trails, and orchards.In June, PS21 launched its 2023 season with the 10th anniversary edition of The NEXT Festival of Emerging Artists. FilmColumbia, now in its 22nd year and Columbia County’s premier annual cultural event, will once again light up the screen with the very best–and the latest–national and international films. Screening some 45 films from October 21 - 30, FilmColumbia 2022 will feature festival-favorite releases from acclaimed directors.

Equine Advocates’ 21st Annual Gala will take place on Sunday, September 18. Ailey II, the company founded in 1974 by the legendary American choreographer Alvin Ailey, will perform live at PS21: Performance Spaces for the 21st Century in Chatham, New York.

Set in an apple orchard in the foothills of the Berkshires, PS21: Performance Spaces for the 21st Century presents dance, music, and theater. PS21 programming also includes free performances for kids, dance, and theater workshops, and movie screenings.
