With support from Governor Andrew Cuomo and many members of the state legislature, 2020 could be the year when New York legalizes the adult use of recreational marijuana. But the issue has become complicated by a widespread lung ailment linked to vaping.

The governors of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania met in  New York City Thursday to try to hash out a multi-state approach to legalizing the adult recreational use of marijuana.

    The largest city in western Massachusetts could have its first recreational marijuana store open by the end of the year.

    Massachusetts marijuana industry regulators are weighing public comments as they set rules that would allow for home delivery and the opening of so-called “cannabis cafes.”  

Public comment is being sought in Massachusetts on proposed regulations for home delivery and social consumption of marijuana.
