Jesse Feiler - Games, Books, Playing, And Other Things People Do With Their Time (And Money)

Our tech guru Jesse Feiler joins us this morning as we discuss the power and entertainment value of gaming versus streaming services. Brian Fung wrote in the Washington Post on January 18 that "Netflix: Fortnite is a bigger rival than HBO."

That got Joe and Jesse thinking and today they talk about the various ways in which people spend time with games, books, and other diversions, and what it means for everyone from readers and players to authors and creators.

Jesse Feiler is an app developer and author. His apps include Minutes Machine Plus which helps you manage agendas and minutes for organizations as well as The Nonprofit Risk Book and App. He wrote the Saranac River Trail app and is launching its successor, Trails & Places which lets you build location-based apps without writing code. His apps are available on the Apple App Store.

Joe talks to people on the radio for a living. In addition to countless impressive human "gets" - he has talked to a lot of Muppets. Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
