Albany, NY – After-School violence is nothing new along Albany's Central Avenue. In the hours from about 2.30 to 4pm, it's "anything can happen" along the busy street, which has become the conduit for large groups of roaming teens making their way home from Albany High school on Washington Avenue to downtown and Arbor Hill.
