Early voting for Vermont’s primary begins Friday.
Beginning this Friday voters can request a ballot from their town clerk to vote in the August 9 primary.

Vermont Secretary of State Jim Condos says ballots have been finalized and sent to town clerks.  Some towns may open their early voting before Friday.

Ballots can be requested until the day before the primary and must be returned by the close of polls on August 9th.

Voters must register by August 3rd to be eligible to vote in the August 9th primary.
