Utica Mayor Seeking Re-Election

City of Utica

Utica's mayor says he'll run for another term.
Robert Palmieri made the official announcement Friday: he will seek re-election as Utica Mayor in November.
Supporters say Palmieri has moved the city forward and has boosted revitalization. He'll have no shortage of opponents: candidates looking to unseat him include former mayor Lou LaPolla, Linda Sullivan-Fatata and Ernie Sanita. Palmieri took office in 2011.
