Saturday is the second day of the 2016 Tugboat Roundup in Waterford. More than 30 vessels, modern and antique, are lined up in the Southern Saratoga County town. On Friday, before the Tugboat Parade on the Hudson River, WAMC's Lucas Willard spoke with the event’s coordinator, Tom Beardsley, in Troy.
