Tubiolo Wins Seat On Westchester Board Of Legislators

Aug 10, 2016

The Republican candidate for a seat in Westchester County has won handily.

Republican David Tubiolo garnered 62 percent of the vote to win the 14th District seat on the Westchester County Board of Legislators. The seat was vacant after Yonkers Republican Bernice Spreckman retired in June. Tubiolo served as her legislative aide for five years. Tubiolo defeated Democrat Christine Peters, who ran against Spreckman in 2015. District 14 contains parts of Mount Vernon and Yonkers.
