Albany, NY – Marine biologist and graduate student Tanya Shirer and her Buffalo State University professor Mary Alice Coffreth are Aquanauts. The two lived 60 feet below sea level for several weeks in Aquarius, which according to Coffreth, is the world's only underwater research laboratory.
