Linked-In

A 21-year-old Syracuse University student who ran for the track and field team has died in a Times Square hotel.

Police say Sabrina Cammock, of Queens, was found dead Saturday at the Edison Hotel. There were no signs of trauma, no drugs found in the hotel room.

Cammock was a senior majoring in public health at Syracuse's David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics.

The Daily News reports Cammock and a group of friends were sharing a room at the hotel following a night of celebrating. The paper says she went to sleep, and never woke up.

The New York City medical examiner's office performed an autopsy Sunday, but the results were inconclusive, with futher tests pending.
