U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren is planning to give a presentation on her vision for America in Pittsfield Saturday.The Massachusetts Democrat, who many see as a liberal firebrand, is scheduled to speak at Berkshire Community College.
Warren says she plans to talk about how the playing field is tilted against the middle class and what can be done to reverse the trend. The first-term senator who was on Hillary Clinton’s short list for vice president says she's spent much of her career studying why American working families are going broke.
The Democrat has already spoken to crowds across Massachusetts about her vision. The talk begins at 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Doors open at 11.
