Schenectady's McCarthy Discusses Conference Of Mayors Gathering

More than 80 mayors from cities and villages across New York state are in Albany Monday, working on their priorities for the state budget that will begin to take shape in January. The mayor of Schenectady, Gary McCarthy, is a Democrat and the president of the New York State Conference of Mayors and Municipal Officials.
