A crane collapsed across lanes of traffic at the Tappan Zee Bridge around noon Tuesday. The bridge spans Rockland and Westchester Counties and the collapse happened on the Rockland side. WAMC’s Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne spoke with Rockland County Executive Ed Day this afternoon.
