Montpelier, VT – The East Haven Windfarm proposed for Vermont's Northeast Kingdom will have to rely on two members of the Public Service Board to determine if it will be approved. That's because the chair of the 3-member board has withdrawn from further deliberations in the matter. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
