The Phantoms at Steamer No. 10

Steamer No. 10 Theatre in Albany, NY will present Woodstock’s legendary a cappella powerhouse, The Phantoms in their first concert in Albany this Saturday, March 22nd at 8pm.

Whether you’re a fan of classic downtown doo-wop, Manhattan Transfer-style vocalese or the current batch of vocal reality shows like The Sing Off, you will love the classic sound of The Phantoms.

The Phantoms have sung and recorded with Eddie Money, Rick Danko, Hot Tuna, John Sebastian, and Father Guido Sarducci. Concert and club appearances have been with acts as diverse as Todd Rundgren, Leon Russell, Roy Orbison, Levon Helm, NRBQ, Tony Williams & the Platters, Chubby Checker and more!

Joe Veillette and Kimberly Kay join us to tell us more.

Joe talks to people on the radio for a living. In addition to countless impressive human "gets" - he has talked to a lot of Muppets. Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
