NYS GOP Senator Robocalls For 18th District Congressman

A tight congressional race in the Hudson Valley has both sides chasing every possible vote. And robocalls going out for the incumbent include those from an unlikely supporter.

Robocalls from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ask voters in the 18th congressional district to vote for Democratic incumbent Sean Patrick Maloney. Robocalls for Maloney have also gone out from this elected official.

”Hey, how are you? This is State Senator Greg Ball. On Tuesday, I need a personal favor. I need you to vote for Sean Patrick Maloney. I know you’re asking yourself, why is a Conservative Republican asking you to vote for a Democrat. Well, it’s because it’s the right thing to do.”

Maloney is in a rematch with Republican Nan Hayworth, and National Republican Congressional Committee Chairman Greg Walden rallied with Hayworth supporters October 30 in Orange County. Meanwhile, Clinton’s other robocalls include for two state Senate candidates and Democratic congressional candidate in the 19th District Sean Eldridge.
