Central New York Congressman Anthony Brindisi says he is in self-quarantine after coming in contact with another representative who has tested positive for COVID-19.

Brindisi, a Democrat from the 22nd district, says he came in contact with Utah Congressman Ben McAdams, who said Wednesday night he had tested positive for the disease. Brindisi says on the advice of the Congressional physician, he will self-quarantine at home until March 27th. Brindisi, whose district includes Rome, Binghamton and Utica, says he is not exhibiting any symptoms associated with COVID-19.
