NPR To Present "Family Matters: Your Financial Lifetime" At The Linda

David Gilkey/NPR

Convening communities across the country, NPR Presents Family Matters: Your Financial Lifetime in an effort to move the conversation beyond just talk for audiences at different phases in their economic journey. NPR’s Morning Edition host David Greene and NPR Planet Money correspondent Robert Smith take multi-generational audiences through an educational, interactive, lively and—believe it or not—fun conversation about personal finance.

The event takes place at  The Linda, WAMC's Performing Arts Studio on Wednesday, December 10 at 7pm.  Doors open at 6:30. The Linda is located at 339 Central Avenue in Albany.

David and Robert will speak with economic and personal finance experts, including Michelle Singletary, Personal Finance Columnist for The Washington Post, and Sarah Sattelmeyer,  who works in family financial security and mobility at The Pew Charitable Trusts.  They will share their own stories, while hearing stories from audience members. Audiences leave with new perspectives and answers, and a commitment to continue sharing on NPR and NPR.org.
