Plattsburgh, NY – Canadian based Laurentian Aerospace announced Friday that it has secured an agreement that will raise the financing to begin construction of a state of the art maintenance, repair and overhaul facility for wide-body aircraft at the Plattsburgh International Airport. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley was there.
