The Baseball Hall of Fame will have four new members this summer -- pitchers Randy Johnson, Pedro Martinez and John Smoltz and infielder Craig Biggio. Once again failing to gain the necessary 75 percent of the vote were steroid era stars Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens, Mark McGwire and Sammy Sosa, none of whom got more than half the necessary backing.
