The funeral for New York State Trooper Brian Falb was held Monday morning in Plattsburgh. The officer died of brain cancer related to inhaling toxic air at the 9/11 World Trade Center site.

More than 1000 law enforcement officials and NY Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul paid their respects to 47 year old Trooper Falb, an 18 year veteran of the state police.  He spent his entire career at Troop B and participated in the Dannemora manhunt and was a first responder following the terror attack on the World Trade Center in 2011.
