The Madison Goes LIVE!

The Madison

Albany's Madison Theater is going to feature live performances.

The Madison Theater's  live entertainment venue will open Saturday, Oct. 25 at 8 p.m.

Dan Laiosa is the Madison's general manager. He says "It's the final phase of our renovations at the theater"

The opening show features live jazz from the Nancy and Spencer Reed Quartet.

"The Madison theater dot com has our movie schedule and it'll have an events schedule. We have a few dates in November and we're filling up with some events pretty quick."

The live entertainment venue comes just ten months after the 168-seat theater’s two movie auditoriums reopened in January after an extensive renovation.
