Burlington, VT – It's Town Meeting Day in Vermont and in Burlington there are five people on the ballot for mayor. Voters in Vermont's largest city are using Instant Runoff Voting, where electors rank their choices. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley takes a look at the process.
