Mashed Local Celery Root
Ingredients
3 medium celery roots, peeled and diced
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
White pepper
Salt
1 tablespoon horseradish
Preparation
1. Simmer chopped celery root in water until tender.
2. Drain and mash adding all the other ingredients.
3. Serve hot.
Serves 5-6
