With the holiday season approaching, wine expert Bill Johnston and food aficionado Peter Blackman join Food Friday to discuss pairing food and drink. WAMC's Ray Graf hosts.

First Course: Autumn Greens

Spinach, roasted butternut squash, walnuts, sun-dried cranberries, crispy wontons, gorgonzola & apple cider vinaigrette

Second Course: Crostini Veronica

Toasted baquette, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, tomato jam, pecorino romano, balsamic drizzle

Wine: Legendary Sauvignon Blanc

Third Course: TURKEY CRISPY WRAP BURGER SLIDERS

House made turkey burger, brown sugar bacon, tomato, romaine, havarti, sambal mayonnaise, crispy tortilla wrap, house kettle chips

Wine: Melrose Pinot Noir, & Pinino Brunello di Montalcino

Fourth Course: Apple Crisp

Empire apples, cinnamon-sugar oats, graham crackers, almonds, baked in the wood-fired oven & topped with apple cider doughnut gelato
