artomi.org

The 2013 Dance Omi International Dance Collective is now underway. Seven international Dance Artists, representing six different countries, have a collaborative residency at Omi's upstate artistic oasis. The residency program, now in its ninth year, fosters artistic and cultural exchange in the relaxed and rural setting of Omi International Arts Center in Ghent, New York.

Under the direction of Dance Omi Director Christopher Morgan, and this year's Guest Mentor, Monstah Black (a 2011 Alumnus of Dance Omi and an independent choreographer based in New York City), these highly diverse dance artists have spent their together familiarizing themselves with each others work along with experimenting and collaborating.

Joe talks to people on the radio for a living. In addition to countless impressive human "gets" - he has talked to a lot of Muppets. Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
