Community Foundation Of Western Massachusetts Making More Funds Available To Struggling Nonprofits

Community Foundation of Western Mass.

More financial help is being made available to nonprofits impacted financially by the pandemic.

The Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts announced plans this week to give out at least $2 million to help organizations operate for the next six months.

Previously, the foundation awarded more than $6 million from its COVID-19 Response Fund for the Pioneer Valley.

WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with Katie Allan Zobel, the foundation’s president and CEO.
