Bobby Sweet Celebrates Album Release In Concert At The Colonial On 6/11

Bobby Sweet is a sixth-generation musician. He began performing at age 7 in his father’s band and has shared the bill with many top country and folk artists, including Martin Sexton, Arlo Guthrie, and Pete Seeger.

Bobby’s new album, All These Changes, will be released on June 11th.  The Colonial Theater in Pittsfield, MA will host the CD Release concert that night at 7 p.m.  And Bobby will be appearing with the BSweet Band.

Bobby Sweet joins us at The Linda to share some new songs and talk a little. 

Dr. Alan Chartock is professor emeritus at the University at Albany. He hosts the weekly Capitol Connection series, heard on public radio stations around New York. The program, for almost 12 years, highlighted interviews with Governor Mario Cuomo and now continues with conversations with state political leaders. Dr. Chartock also appears each week on The Media Project and The Roundtable and offers commentary on Morning Edition, weekdays at 7:40 a.m.
