Beth Orton At Club Helsinki On 2/7

English folk-rock singer-songwriter Beth Orton was a pioneer of "folktronica," a style mixing elements of folk and electronica, whose pulse still can be felt in the underpinning groove of Orton's mostly acoustic music. After a six-year hiatus from recording, Orton released "Sugaring Season" last year, which was greeted with critical acclaim and superlatives such as "masterpiece."
