Baker Nominates Associate Justices To Western Mass. District Courts

The Baker administration has nominated two Associate Justices to serve in western Massachusetts. 

Republican Governor Charlie Baker announced Wednesday he picked Robert Santaniello and Jennifer Tyne, both 20-year legal veterans, to serve as Associate Justices in Springfield and Pittsfield District Courts, respectively.

Santaniello is a sole practitioner in Springfield, specializing in real estate and small business contracts as well as retirement law.

Tyne is the District Court Supervisor for the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Pittsfield. In 1995, Tyne worked as Assistant Berkshire District Attorney.
