Authorities Encourage Massachusetts Residents To Prepare For Hurricanes, Just In Case

The 2017 Atlantic hurricane season is two months old, but historically it is time for people on east coast of the United States to start paying attention to storm activity over the ocean. 

The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency is urging people to make sure they are prepared should a hurricane make landfall nearby. 

That includes people who live well inland from the coast.
