After nearly two decades in office, Albany's Mayor is retiring. In a letter to Albany residents, Gerald Jennings announced Tuesday that he will not seek another term in the office he has held since 1994.
Prior to being elected mayor of Albany, Jennings spent twenty one years teaching in the Albany public school system.
