WAMC’s Alan Chartock shares his thoughts on a North Carolina man authorities say is accused of shooting and wounding a 6-year-old girl and her parents. Robert Louis Singletary has been arrested in Florida after the children tried to retrieve a basketball that rolled into the 24-year-old's yard.
