The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will hold a third meeting about the review of the Hudson River Superfund clean-up project.

EPA announced Thursday that a third meeting where the public can ask questions about the agency’s second five-year review of the PCB removal project will be held in New York City.

EPA is monitoring the work undertaken by General Electric to remove toxic PCBs from Fort Edward to Troy.

Previous meetings in Poughkeepsie and Saratoga Springs were well attended by advocates who want to see additional dredging and cleanup work performed on the Hudson.

The next meeting is August 9th at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
