New York State police say they have arrested a former SUNY Adirondack College student accused of making what they determined to be “credible threats to commit a mass shooting” at an unknown elementary school. Local media report that Peter Breault was charged with making a terroristic threat.

The criminal complaint indicates that at 8 yesterday morning the 20-year-old threatened to commit mass murder of schoolchildren in the town of Queensbury. Breault was arraigned to the Queensbury Town Court and sent to Warren County jail with bail set at $100,000. He is scheduled to return to court on Monday.
