President Barack Obama comes to New York Wednesday – Obama will speak at the Tappan Zee Bridge: White House officials say the President will call for more infrastructure spending. The 60-year old span is being replaced by a new bridge that is expected to be open by 2018. The Obama administration has been quick to approve major infrastructure projects whenever possible. Observers believe Governor Andrew Cuomo will appear with the President on Wednesday.
