The Poughkeepsie Journal reports that lawyer Gary Greenwald plans to discuss the case with prosecutors today.

Poughkeepsie High School English teacher Ronette Ricketts is accused of repeatedly stabbing fellow English teacher Cynthia Glozier last Thursday.

Glozier remains hospitalized with wounds to her face, neck and torso. She's listed in good condition at Saint Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie.

Ricketts was directed to stay off school premises following the incident.

Police said the incident was captured by video cameras in the school hallway and was witnessed by numerous students and staff members.
