Plattsburgh, NY – Earlier this month, Canadian-based Laurentian Aerospace announced that it had secured the financing that will allow it to begin construction of a state-of-the-art maintenance, repair and overhaul facility for wide-body aircraft at the Plattsburgh International Airport. Local economists are now assessing the impact that will have on the region. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
