Plattsburgh, NY – A bridge repair and reconstruction project in Plattsburgh has stopped - even though it was half completed and ahead of schedule. It's just one of what may be hundreds of infrastructure projects across New York State that may be suspended because of the late state budget. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
