Hudson Valley, NY – When New York children go back to the school in the fall, they could be facing some big changes forced by budget cuts, including 14 thousand fewer teachers. Hudson Valley bureau chief Susan Barnett reports that's the conclusion of a new study and the news that the state lost out on some major federal money is compounding the concerns.
