Hudson Valley, NY – In a worst case scenario, could hundreds of thousands of people who live near the Indian Point nuclear power plant be evacuated quickly enough? That's one topic of discussions before the nuclear regulatory commission in Washington today, and NRC commissioners will hear arguments that the answer to that question is "no."
