Plattsburgh, NY – Before the Bush Administration left office, several rule changes were implemented. Among them was a change to the Endangered Species Act. The Obama Administration has announced that the rule will be revoked, garnering praise from New York State Department of Environmental Conservation officials and regional environmental groups.
