Plattsburgh, NY – The New York State Commissioner of Health and providers from across the North Country announced a pilot program they hope will enhance patient care, lower costs and increase reimbursement to primary care physicians. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley was at the CVPH Medical Center for the unveiling of the plan.
