FEMA Turns Down NY, Gov Says He'll Appeal

Hudson Valley, NY – New York's governor promises he'll appeal a federal decision to deny the state disaster aid to repair damage from December's ice storms. But one official says he's hearing the governor will wait until after the new president is in office. Hudson Valley bureau chief Susan Barnett reports.
