Albany, NY – The cuts that NY Governor David Paterson has proposed include 50 million dollars to the state's Environmental Protection Fund. That is raising concerns from environmental advocates who say the fund is too easily raided and from municipal officials who wonder how the cuts could impact recycling programs across the state.
