Schenectady, NY – A newly released report by the Washington DC based "Tax Foundation" has raised eyebrows throughout Schenectady County, which has disappeared from the organization's "Top Ten Most Highly Taxed Counties in the United States." Capital District Bureau Chief Dave Lucas reports.
