Sullivan County, NY – Nationwide, the D.A.R.E, the Drug Abuse Resistance Education program, may not be quite as popular as it once was, but in Sullivan County, NY, the program remains popular, with students, families. Sheriff Michael Schiff, who presided at a ceremony for several of this year's grads, at the county government center, is a believer.
