Hudson Valley, NY – What may be one of the biggest natural gas finds in years is lying beneath New York, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Gas companies are quietly negotiating multi-million dollar leases with private landowners while states are scrambling to find out if their environmental laws can plug holes left in federal laws.
