Ulster County, NY – The people who investigate reports of child abuse and neglect in Ulster County have been overworked and stressed out. A series of state grants has allowed teh county to not only hire more staff, but to buy new technology that keeps children, and the people paid to look out for them, safer. Susan Barnett reports.
